What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
+Our pricing system is based on the following, the size of the home or commercial property sq. ft. If you would like us to do a weekly or bi-weekly cleaning we will be more than happy to serve you. We cater our services based on our customers' needs.

How is our team of professional cleaners trained?
+Our team of professionals are trained to use the latest state of the art tools and equipment. We are constantly researching the latest equipment and chemicals. We also keep in touch with our chemical providers so that we can find the best chemicals for the customer's need. We encourage our clients to share ideas or tried and true products or remedies.

How did you get started doing this type of work?
+I started with a commercial cleaning company as a night manager and eventually progressed to Senior Operations Manager. I then continued my career to become a District manager for a national cleaning company, I then decided to open Absolute Luxury, LLC Nashville's Premier Cleaning Service after many years in the cleaning industry.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
+When a customer contacts us, they will first fill out the New Client Form. From there we will contact the customer using their prefered mode of communication. During this process we scedule a date and a time to do a walkthrough. From that point we will provide an estimate and scedule a day for the work to be completed.

1. What happens if I cancel or reschedule in less than 24 hours of the service appointment time range?
+We have a strict policy for cancelations in less than 24 hours of the service appointment time frame. Our team works incredibly hard to ensure each client is taken care of. This requires carefully planning the days ahead and unfortunately last minute cancelations or last minute rescheduling causes a big, negative, ripple effect throughout our current day and days ahead. In an effort to keep ALL customers happy, you will be charged a small fee for last minute cancellations/rescheduling:
All executed scope of work are a contractually binding agreements. If you need to cancel any scheduled service appointment, please do so immediately in an effort to avoid a Cancellation Fee. -
2. What time will the cleaners arrive? I thought I booked an 8-10am slot with 8am being the start time?
+We work off of 2-hour estimated arrival windows so that we can structure our day effectively. This allows us to get to the next client all while navigating Nashville traffic and many other variables that take a toll on our time throughout the day (for example, eating and breaks!).
If you book for an 8–10 a.m. appointment, our team will notify you of the exact time they will arrive or will directly be there between that 8–10 a.m. (estimated).

3. What is included in the normal cleaning?
+We try to pack as much value as possible in our cleanings; we love our customers and want to make sure everyone feels taken care of! Our normal, standard, cleaning includes the outside of all appliances (refrigerator, microwave, and oven), dusting and wiping of all surfaces – such as tables, countertops, desks, dressers etc. and the wiping down of main door handles and doors, if dirty. We also vacuum and mop (if applicable) all floors in the home (not including the basement).
We may organize clothes that are left out, blankets and towels (if 1 Load of Laundry is exceeded we will apply our Organization Extra to the total). If required we will also vacuum upholstery. Cleaning faucets, sinks, and dirty dishes is also a part of our normal cleaning service (we provide our own natural dish soap).
We pay great attention to the bathrooms and bedrooms of each home – as both places are heavily used - it’s important they are completely clean for you! We’re so good you’ll want us back the next day (…it can be arranged)! -
4. What is the difference between a recurring clean and a deep cleaning?
+Our recurring cleaning services are for regular maintenance purposes. We divided our scope of work into three service levels. Our packages are listed on the residential and commercial pages to provide accurate information on what we do. Our deep cleaning services include a broader scope of work. We highly recommend a deep clean prior to any recurring cleaning services for the purpose of getting the property up to our standard of cleanliness. We clean areas of your home that are not normally touched during a recurring clean. We reach areas of the property that may have never been touched as well as high traffic areas.

5. Do you provide carpet-cleaning services?
+Yes, we provide carpet cleaning services, check out the additional services page for more information. This service is separate from our normal cleaning service.

6. Do you clean baseboards?
+Yes, we include the baseboards in our cleaning services. Be sure to select the correct package to include baseboards.

7. How long will it take to clean my home?
+The most asked question out there! It’s no surprise! But, unfortunately there’s no set time limit. We like to take our time and pride ourselves on the quality of our work – so while we would be able to give you a baseline average number, we don’t want to be held to that.
We want the work to speak for itself. Depending on the size of the home and the amount of work required to clean, it will vary greatly. We can scedule a walkthrough and provide you with a more accurate time frame. -
8. Are we insured?
+Great question! Yes we are! Our business insurance is licenced, bonded and insured. We have links to provide you with our insurance for more information, click on more.

9. How much experience do our cleaners have?
+All of our cleaners have at least 1-year experience in residential cleaning and are well trained in-house on our proprietary cleaning methods – we move with purpose – watch out!

10. Do you do background checks on your cleaners?
+We do background checks on every single employee – that consists of a national and statewide criminal record check and a driver’s license check.

11. What happens if a customer is not satisfied?
+We value our clients and our work. We perform a final inspection and a walkthrough with the property owner to ensure satisfaction before we leave the site. Don't worry, if you are not there we will gladly take pictures or video a walkthrough so you can rest assured the property is clean.

12. Do you use natural products?
+Yes! We use all types of cleaning products. We are transitioning to natural products and prefer the use of them in most areas. If you want us to use specific products on your property, add them in the notes of the forms or mention them in a call so we can accommodate you accordingly.

13. Do you offer any other services?
+g We offer many different additional services. We highly recommend you check out our additional services. We offer painting, pressure washing, vct floorcare, carpet cleaning, lawn care, specialty one time cleanings, and handyman services. We are constantly growing as a company and if you need a specific service call us or submit a form and we will do our best to help you or direct you to the right place.
