ADDITIONAL SERVICES

Terms and Conditions:
1. Cleaning chemicals and tools necessary to perform the service will be provided by Absolute Luxury, unless otherwise specified herein. Water, lights and power necessary to perform the service is the responsibility of the Customer. Any additional items required for performance of the service must be included in “Other” section above.
2. Service to be provided by Absolute Luxury.
3. Customer shall be responsible to pay the above Service Fee upon completion.
4. Invoicing will occur on the first business date after the date indicated and the amount due will be payable immediately unless otherwise agreed in writing. Any concern about the service should be reported to Absolute Luxury immediately. Failure to notify Absolute Luxury that service is unacceptable within 24 hours of the service date will deem the service acceptable.
5. In the event of delay in payment of more than 30 calendar days beyond the due date, an interest charge not to exceed 1.5% of the amount legally allowed within the state in which service is provided, whichever is less may be assessed.

All Absolute Luxury Owners and Subcontractors maintain comprehensive liability insurance and where applicable worker’s compensation coverage.
